Hi everyone,
I have spent the past month finalizing “The Steps to Launching a Participant Directed Program Model” handout. When we were in the process of establishing L’s program, while there were many turning 18 and transition checklists, I could not find one that was specific to creating a Participant Directed Program. So, as with all things in my life, if I couldn’t find it, I decided to create it. Please let me know what you think! I will also house this on the Resource page of the website.
